Deborah Kashuba Luffey, MS, RDN, FAND is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Senior Lecturer at the University of New Mexico with over 30 years of experience in nutrition education and community health. She teaches courses focused on practical, evidence-based nutrition and is known for making complex topics accessible and engaging. Deborah is active in professional leadership and community service across New Mexico and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. 

Her work centers on empowering others with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed, sustainable nutrition choices that support long-term health.
